Interruptions during surgery are upsetting for both the doctors and the patients so for this reason the receptionists have been asked not to disturb consultations with telephone calls. If you have been asked to telephone by the doctor, please do so between surgery times.
The receptionist may take a message or ask you to telephone later.
If you are requesting a home visit, it is vital that you inform the receptionist of this when speaking to them.
