They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

For patients unable to get a GP appointment, you will now be able to see a GP / clinician locally from:

  • 3.30pm – 10.00pm (Monday – Friday) 
  • 8.00am – 8.00pm (Saturday & Sunday)
  • Monday – Friday – Afternoon appts – Lines open 12pm – (3.30pm – 6.30pm)
  • Evening appts – Lines open open 2pm – (6.30pm – 9.45pm) – Please call 0203 770 1888
