Hero Health are offering appointments with the General Practice Nurse for a face-to-face appointment for any of the following – blood pressure check, weight check, annual asthma review, annual COPD review, annual diabetic review, NHS health check, B12 (Please bring with you), Depo (Please bring with you), Zoladex (Please bring with you), Cervical smears.
Weight Loss Medications– Mounjaro Jabs
As of Monday 23.6.2025, people with a body mass index of at least 40 and four of the following weight-related health conditions will be eligible for Mounjaro: Dyslipidaemia Hypertension Obstructive sleep apnoea Cardiovascular disease Type 2 diabetes We have not had confirmation from the ICB and await instruction.
